"Paysage Olfactif" mural for Diptyque Flagship store

Inspired by one of the drawings of Desmond Knox-Leet, co-founder of the House, I created a graphic, poetic and perennial work in situ. With a frugality of means, two felt pens, I composed an abstract landscape, deep, with sensual forms in black and white shades. The dotted lines go piano, to the white at the top, from full to empty. A work that invests the whole right side and transforms it into a living and cerebral wall where the eye gets lost, according to the curves. The fragrances find there a poetic resonance. A journey, a time offered for reminiscence, memories, real or imaginary. The senses connect in an unusual journey.
