Black pens and ink on korean paper, 60 x 30 cm
Thin metal frame
A concretion is the thickening by accumulation of matter, often in successive layers, around a core
For this series I worked on extremely thin Korean rice paper, which diffuses the ink in a specific way, giving an almost living character to the painting. I used only black markers and the color
is obtained by dilution to seek a refinement with a great poverty of means. The forms are born organically around a core.
